CMW’s next membership meeting is scheduled for Monday, April 11th at 6pm. We meet again at the Paramount Art Center in the lower level. The Paramount has revised Covid restrictions – “masks are recommended.” Due to Covid protocols, however, we are not yet certain when Paramount will resume serving beverages. Guests are welcome for one visit before joining our group.
There will be an opportunity to sign up for the Art in the Park Munsinger event set for July 21st. New this year, there is a $10 fee for participating artists to help cover costs; plus the Committee is requiring all displays be pre-approved, as space is limited.
Marilyn Jacobson is the featured demo artist for this month. Marilyn is a Minnesota Artist and her topic is intuitive painting, which is playful, creative, and the results are often surprising and delightful. She will demonstrate and explain how intuitive painting can stimulate creativity by tapping the wealth of one’s past experiences and knowledge.
