Painting Retreat Information
Once again we are holding our annual Fall Painting Retreat for CMW members! Enjoy 2 full days of painting with friends at the lovely Riverside Inn in Cold Springs, perfectly situated next to the Sauk River. We will have an amazing set up with tables, chairs, good lighting, and a kitchen space with water and refrigerators. There’s always plenty of snacks too!
Cost
The cost for two full days of painting and one night at the motel is $270 if you would like to have a room to yourself and $205 per person if you would like to share a room with someone. A continental breakfast is provided, and the coffee is always on. Each room has a mini fridge and a microwave. We bring snacks (and wine) to share, we have access to the commercial kitchen adjacent to the conference room, and we enjoy eating some meals out. There is also a tropical swimming pool and hot tub for us to enjoy as well!
Deadlines
If you haven’t already signed up but are interested, please sign up with Claudia Forsberg via email at [email protected] to let us know that you would like to participate. If you previously signed up, you most likely have already given your deposit to CMW Treasurer, Shelly Chambers. Final payment in full will be due at the October 12th member meeting. Checks should be made payable to Central MN Watercolorists.
If you must cancel your participation, you will need to pay the full amount for your reservation unless the motel is able to rent out the room or another CMW member is willing to take your place.
