CMW Great River Arts Show

Artwork Submission Form

Before you begin, make sure you have the following information for up to 3 entries: title, finished dimensions, medium used, price, short and JPG files to upload. JPG file size limit is 10 mb. Please make sure all information is accurate, titles are capitalized as needed etc. The information you provide will be used for promotional purposes and title cards at the art show. We assume your information is entered correctly and will use as submitted. Any questions, contact Sandra Theis at sandra@ktheis.com.

Details of the Show

The show will be the month of October. There is a $5 entry fee paid to Ralph Carpenter. Drop Off is Oct 4, 12 -2pm and Pick Up is Nov 6, 12-2 pm. Great River Arts, 122 1st St SE, Little Falls
