Where: St. Cloud Hospital (near the chapel hallway) 1406 6th Ave N. , St. Cloud.

When: January 5- 29, 2026 - Hang date January 5th, 10:00-11:00 a.m., strike date, January 29th, 10:00-11:00 a.m.

Artists: Submit your prices to include 8% tax. The commission is 20%.

 

 

 

 

Artwork Submission Form (St. Cloud Hospital)

After $5 fee is paid to the CMW treasurer, please fill out this form for Show Coordinator, Becca Hlebain-Aaker for the St. Cloud Hospital Show. This form is due NO LATER than December 25th as the show labels will need to be made prior to hanging on January 5th. Show will run January 5th-29th, 2026. Please submit a single form for each artwork you are submitting for the St. Cloud, Hospital Show.
