Good Shepherd Art Show

Show time!  We are proud to once again have our art displayed at Good Shepherd Assisted Living home in Sauk Rapids.

How to participate:

  1. Deadline to Sign up:  no later than September 22nd.
  2. Pay just $5 to treasurer to enter a minimum of 2 artworks.
  3. MOU (Memorandum of Understanding) will be emailed to you.  Please sign it and bring it with you at the art drop off.
  4. Fill out this google form OR using the form below for EACH Artwork so Show Coordinator, Becca Hlebain-Aaker can make a placard label for your art.
  5. Label the back of your art with Artist name and Art title
  6. Mat, frame and include a wire hanger on the back of each artwork.
  7. Artwork Drop Off:
    1. Bring your framed art to Good Shepherd at 1115 4th Ave N, Sauk Rapids, MN 56379
    2. September 30th from 2-4:30 p.m.
  8. Tell all your friends in person and on social media to go visit the show!

Artworks marked for sale can be purchased at the Good Shepherd check in desk.

Show strike date: December 30th from 10-11 a.m.

After $5 fee is paid to the CMW treasurer, please fill out this form for Show Coordinator, Becca Hlebain-Aaker for the Good Shepherd Show. This form is due NO LATER than September 22nd as the show labels will need to be made prior to hanging on September 30th. Show will run October 1st-December 30th. Please submit a single form for each artwork you are submitting for the Good Shepherd Show.
